Financial and Professional Claims - Maximising the Return on Your Premium Spend

Thursday 15 May 2008

  • How do you ensure you get the best return from your policy?
  • Do all your colleagues know when they need to report a claim and what the consequences are if they don’t?
  • Circumstance or claim – what’s the difference?

Intended for risk managers, insurance managers, in-house legal counsel and those responsible for dealing with insurance claims, this seminar included real, practical examples of ways to maximise the return on premium spend.

Speakers:
Janet Lambrou and Louise Hume, both legally qualified claims advocates working in Marsh, deal with issues arising from complex and disrupted claims
on a daily basis. During this seminar they outlined how claims can go wrong and explained underwriters’ perspectives on what is expected from their insureds.
